Subtle Creature B and W

I used this magnificent being as a model for the pose: [link] (thanks to him)

I then re-sketched it out on paper and shaded it in, since that's how I like to do things. Then I threw it into Painter and...painted it...since that's what you do in painter...I guess...not ENTIRELY happy with the way it came out though...

The story behind it is something I've been writing for a while and part of it is about child abuse and the effect it has on a person even when they get older and insanity in general. The door is either symbolic of hope/escapement from the situation or it's the abuser returning home. I'd explain it more but it probably still wouldn't make sense (: Anyway, hope ya'll like it.
